Coyote Roadhouse is the home to the Howling Coyote BBQ Team, which has been serving our succulently delicious BBQ since 1989. We specialize in St. Louis style pork spare ribs. We smoke and slow cook our ribs to a perfected combination of mouth watering flavor and tenderness. We finish off the cooking process by basting our ribs with our secret recipe “Damn Good” smokeafied sauce, as they are open seared on our grill.
