Bulletin BoardJuly 30th, 2010 The Calendar Project will be suspended for processing reservations between August 1st and August 5th. This includes dates for August 2010 as well as the Annual Calendar Process. You may still submit your schedules, meetings, or events during this time, however a response or confirmation may not be available within the standard two-day period. After August 5th reservations will be processed in the order they are received. July 10, 2010 Effective July 1st, 2010 Father Casey will be copied on all Submission Forms and responses so that he can see first hand how the system works as he familiarizes himself with the Calendar Project. A brief update was sent out to all Group Leaders and can be view by click on CCNews - July 10th, 2010. June 25th, 2010 Until further notice there will be some delays in processing reservations for both the Main Online Calendar and the Annual Calendar. Updates will be provided in response to individual reservations as well as the Group Leaders Mailing Lists as the Annual Progress moves on. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Please note that the Group Leaders Mailing List will be coming from ccnews @ calendarproject.org starting with the next update. The email address updates @ calendarproject.org will no longer be used. June 15th, 2010 Over the next couple of months the Calendar Project website and Mailing List Database will under goes some changes and upgrades. At times there might be some disruption in service, however that will be kept to a minimum as best as possible. May 1st, 2010 The 2010-2011 Annual Calendar Process is now open to all Group Leaders.
